Spike Lee’s “BlacKkKlansman” starring Jasper Pääkkönen has won the Oscar for Best Adapted Screenplay. Written by Charlie Wachtel, David Rabinowitz, Kevin Willmott, & Spike Lee, it received 6 Academy Award nominations in total, including:

Best Picture, Best Director for Spike Lee, Best Supporting Actor for Adam Driver, Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Original Score, & Best Film Editing.

The film, which won the Grand Prix at Cannes last year, and which marks a return to form for director Spike Lee, sees Jasper playing the role of ‘Felix Kendrickson’.
