At age 15, Laura was discovered by a modelling agency, and worked successfully during her school years, including featuring on the cover of Italian Elle. She enrolled in theatre school, where Thomas Freundner cast her in the title role of his film adaptation of SNOW WHITE. Laura quickly went on to other work, and became known to a larger audience through her role as ’Charlotte’ in RUBY RED, and it’s sequels SAPPHIRE BLUE, and THE GREEN EMERALD – a trilogy which has been very successful at the German box office. A lead role in the miniseries BLAUMACHER soon followed, and other recent notable roles includes: the part of ‘Charly’ in the feature film series IMMENHOF; ‘Anna’ in THE WITCH AND THE OTTOMAN by Sebastian Mattukat; LIONEL by writer/director Noël Alpi; and the role of ‘Charlotte Lindemann’ in the mini-series BREAKING EVEN. Laura is best known to international audiences for her performance in the lead role of ‘Emma of Normandy’ in Netflix & MGM’s hugely successful epic series VIKINGS: VALHALLA, which has recently completed filming on its third season.
