MATILDE REYMÃO
Matilde is a Portuguese actor who was born and raised in Lisbon. She started her career in modelling at the age of 16, and worked on several commercial campaigns. Throughout this time, she also began attending open casting calls for acting projects, and at the age of 19, she landed her first onscreen role in the Portuguese television series AMAR DE MAIS. Since then, Matilde has consistently worked on back-to-back domestic projects, including: the drama series PARA SEMPRE; COMO UM RIO; and as ‘Cátia’ in O CLUBE - which was directed by Patrícia Sequeira, and which was nominated for series of the year at the Portuguese Golden Globes. Her first international project was the TV series OPERACION MAREA NEGRA for Amazon Prime. Matilde has firmly established herself as one of the most promising up-and-coming talents to emerge from Portugal in recent years.
